How Does Media Relate to Canadian Police Services?
Joe Couto is the Director of Government Relations and Communications for the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP). Joe is also a professor at Humber College in the School of Community and Social Services, the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Business Management’s Police Leadership Program and the OACP’s Media Relations Officers Course at the Ontario Police College.
